Clinical Solutions Medical Training provides 24 Hour Phlebotomy classes approved by the Florida Board of Nursing

This course 24 Hours (16 Hours Pre-course Homestudy 8 Hours classroom time) is intended to develop knowledge of phlebotomy as well as practical training.

Some course topics include: Phlebotomy role in healthcare, Anatomy and Physiology of the circulatory system, safety precautions, OSHA’s needlestick injury precautions, Infection Control, with explanation and hands on practice with various Phlebotomy equipment. Techniques, specimen identification and handling, Venipuncture in Pediatrics, Fingerstick puncture are also covered in this course.
