Registration & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of registration. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All prices are in US dollars.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All course materials must be returned to receive a refund. Any course cancellations are accepted 5 days prior to original class date less a $40.00 cancellation fee. Transfers are accepted at no charge up to 24 hours before class. All refund requests must be made in writing by email to info@clinicalsolutionsme.com. Refunds will be processed after the course date has completed. Wait time can vary based on receipt of materials and time to process.
Online Courses (EProducts)
AHA HeartCode online courses are self-paced digital products (EProducts) delivered by email upon purchase. EProducts are non-refundable. The hands-on skills session is scheduled separately after you complete the online portion; contact us to arrange it.
Course Substitution
You may send a substitute attendee in your place at no additional charge. Please notify us at least 24 hours before the course start date.
No-Show Policy
No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, please notify us in advance.
Course Modifications
Clinical Solutions Medical Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course. In the event of a cancellation, registered participants will be notified and offered a full refund or transfer to another date.
Certification Requirements
Completion of all course requirements, including written and/or skills evaluations, is required to receive certification. Clinical Solutions Medical Training does not guarantee certification for all participants.
Liability
Clinical Solutions Medical Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our courses. Participants assume all risks associated with hands-on training activities.
