We share information only with service providers who help us operate, including our payment processors (Authorize.net, PayPal), our email delivery provider, our authorized AHA course-material provider for online courses, and CE Broker. We share it only as needed to provide our services.
Email Communications
By registering for a course, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your registration. You may contact us to opt out of marketing communications at any time.
CE Broker Reporting
As a CE Broker reporting provider, we submit course completion data to CE Broker as required by Florida law. This includes your name, license number (if provided), and course completion details.
Online Course Fulfillment
For AHA HeartCode online courses, your registration details are shared with our authorized AHA course-material provider so your online course product (EProduct) can be delivered to you by email. These providers use your information only to fulfill your course and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Our website uses HTTPS encryption. Payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant payment processors.
